Just e-mail me what you are looking for (colors, size, style, quantity, etc.) and I will work with you to create that "something special" just for you! Custom orders can take up to 2 weeks to complete. Once I get all of the order details from you, I can email you an approximate ship date and price along with a detailed invoice.

I accept Paypal and Google Checkout. Money orders and echecks through Paypal must first clear before your order will be processed. At this time, I do not accept personal checks, money orders, cashier's checks or cash. This may seem like an inconvenience, but I do it to protect myself and my customers.

Large orders of hair bows that may get damaged in the mail are shipped in sturdy, flat-rate boxes. Small orders are usually shipped in bubble mailers.

No. Due to hygenic reasons, all sales are final unless you are shipped the wrong item. (EX: You ordered a pink bow and were shipped a blue one instead.)

I design and hand-make all of the hair bows and other accessories that are on this site by myself from my bedroom. :)
